Made Past Five started in the quiet hours where the expected path ended. It became a space to follow my own direction and build my dreams with my own two hands.

Meet the creator behind the brand.

After long days working as a graphic designer, I always found myself coming alive in the quiet hours of the evening. Those moments became a space to experiment, make things just for fun, and create freely.

I started learning macramé and gifted my first pieces to friends and family. Soon after, I picked up sewing and taught myself through online tutorials. From one project to the next, I grew more excited about the idea of eventually being able to create anything I could imagine.

In February 2026, I was laid off from my design job. Instead of continuing in the same direction, I took it as a sign to pivot and start building something of my own.

This space isn’t just about handmade pieces. It’s about that part of you that still shows up when the hardest part of the day is done—the part that wants more than routine, more than comfort. The part that turns ambition into action.
